Left foot accelerator
Here at GM Adapt we can adapt your vehicle to add a second accelerator to the left of the brake pedal so that you can have the ability to use your left foot when accelerating. With an electronic interface in place to switch between using the left foot accelerator and the original right, only one accelerator will be in operation at any time. The left foot twin flip accelerator is a pedal modification for automatic cars which adds a third pedal for the accelerator into the footwell. The twist grip accelerator is a very similar design concept to a motorbike. Designed to provided convenience and comfort for those driving with disabilities, the twist grip accelerator is often combined with a mechanical push brake, the twist grip accelerator is used by activating the throttle by twisting the device to accelerate.
